Saturday, February 14
11-12pm | San Jose, CA
Feeling the weight of the year already?
It’s only a couple of weeks into the new year, and many are already feeling stretched thin, overstimulated, or craving a softer start.
This Valentine’s morning is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body before the day unfolds.
What Makes This Experience Different
This Valentine’s Day offering is a guided, full-body experience designed to gently ease you into the day ahead.
Through intentional movement, breath, meditation, and continuous sound, your nervous system is supported from start to finish — allowing you to soften, settle, and fully receive the healing effects of sound.
This is an invitation to slow down and begin the day feeling grounded, clear, and nourished.
Why Sound Works
Sound has been used for centuries across cultures as a tool for healing, connection, and transformation. You don’t need any experience—your body already knows how to receive this kind of care.
Sound is vibration, and those vibrations travel through every cell in your body, reaching places traditional massage cannot.
From this deep, visceral resonance, true healing and relaxation can take place—calming the nervous system, softening tension, and realigning your energy.
A Guided, Full-Body Experience — Not Just a Sound Bath
Gentle Yin + Self-Massage
We begin with slow, supportive yin-inspired movements paired with tennis ball self-massage to release tension held in the back, hips, and nervous system.
Sound is woven in from the very start, helping your body soften, open, and settle as you move — gently preparing you for deeper rest.
Guided Meditation
As your body becomes more at ease, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation supported by conscious breath and continuous sound.
This portion helps quiet mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and gently bring you into a grounded, present state — preparing you to fully receive the sound journey.
Deep Rest
The final portion invites you into stillness as you rest comfortably and allow the sound to carry you into deeper relaxation.
Because your body has already been softened and prepared, the sound can travel more fully through you — helping release lingering tension, restore balance, and leave you feeling nourished, clear, and supported.
