If you've ever looked at your labs and thought…
"What does this even mean?"

You're not alone.

Maybe your provider moved through your results quickly.

Maybe you opened your patient portal and saw a page of numbers, abbreviations and reference ranges without understanding what they meant for your cycle.

Or maybe you searched each hormone online and ended up with more questions than answers.

Your fertility labs contain useful information—but first, you need a simple way to understand what each test measures and keep your results somewhere you can actually find them.

The free Cycle Day 3 Hormone Cheat Sheet gives you a clear place to begin.

Why I Created This Resource

During my own fertility journey with Stage 3 endometriosis, extensive uterine procedures, etc, I learned how overwhelming fertility testing can feel when no one slows down to explain how the pieces connect.

I created this cheat sheet to give women a more organized starting point—to understand the purpose of common Cycle Day 3 tests, keep their results in one place and arrive at appointments with more informed questions.

This resource is for education and personal organization. It does not diagnose fertility conditions, determine egg quality or replace interpretation from your physician or fertility specialist.
