Fertility Bodywork

Two powerful paths to support your fertility journey

Mayan & Mercier Therapy

Fertility doesn’t begin with a calendar or a countdown — it begins with your body. At Sacred Feminine Wellness, we offer two deeply supportive modalities to help restore balance, improve circulation, and prepare the womb for conception: Mayan Abdominal Therapy and Mercier Therapy.

Both are hands-on, womb-centered techniques that work directly with the uterus and surrounding organs — but each takes a different approach to the timeline, intensity, and level of support you may need. Whether you're seeking gentle alignment or a more structured fertility protocol, we’ll help you find the right fit for your journey.

Mayan Abdominal Therapy for Fertility

A gentle, ancestral practice rooted in ancient Maya healing traditions, Mayan Abdominal Therapy supports reproductive health by improving blood flow, softening scar tissue, and restoring alignment to the uterus and pelvic organs. It helps regulate cycles, reduce cramping, and prepare the womb for conception.

This approach is ideal for those:

  • Looking for a gentle, holistic way to support fertility

  • Wanting to reconnect with their womb space

  • Experiencing cycle imbalances, clotting, or hormonal shifts

  • Working through past trauma or emotional blocks

  • Not in a rush to conceive, or just beginning their preconception journey

Because sessions are best timed after your period ends and before ovulation begins, that typically offers only a one-week window for hands-on work if you’re actively trying to conceive. For that reason, sessions are often scheduled once per cycle to align with your natural rhythm.

Developed by a midwife and naturopath with over 30 years of experience, Mercier Therapy is a research-based, clinically structured protocol designed to improve reproductive function and support conception. It consists of six deep, targeted visceral massage sessions for 6 consecutive weeks, along with up to one year of fertility charting support.

Mercier Therapy is best for those navigating:

  • PCOS, Endometriosis, or Fibroids

  • Unexplained infertility or failed IVF/IUI cycles

  • Diminished ovarian reserve or irregular ovulation

  • Past surgical procedures or pelvic adhesions

  • A desire for a more intensive, results-oriented approach

Across three clinical studies, 86% of participants became pregnant within a year of completing the protocol — many within just a few cycles.
