Sensual Reconnection
Rose has long been associated with the heart, sensuality and the tender places where women hold grief. It supports rituals for self-love, emotional release and returning to yourself after heartbreak or change.
Red Rose Petals
Uterine Tone
One of herbalism’s most respected uterine allies, red raspberry leaf has traditionally been used to support reproductive tissues, menstrual comfort and women throughout their reproductive years.

Menstrual Comfort
Chamomile is traditionally used to ease muscular tension, soothe tender tissues and calm the nervous system. Its gentle antispasmodic qualities make it a cherished herb for menstrual comfort.

Your Ritual, Your Intention
Some women come to Womb Care seeking comfort during their menstrual years. Others are preparing for conception, reconnecting with their sensuality or closing an emotional chapter.
There is no single reason your womb may be asking for your attention.
As the herbal steam rises, you are invited to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle into your body and listen to what is present. You may pair your steam with the complimentary sound bath, journaling, prayer or one of the guided rituals inside your Resource Hub.
This is time set aside to care for the part of you that so often goes unheard.
Women Share Their Experience

The Best Period I Can Remember
My periods were always so heavy and came with horrible cramps. After steaming once a week, I was surprised when my next period came without the cramping. It felt like the strangest—and best—period I could remember. (Ironically too my cycstic acne on my face cleared up, strange but love it).
— Maria 24, Womb Care Customer

Back in the Driver’s Seat
The blend felt like more than a bag of herbs because I also had a personalized plan for how to use it throughout my TTC journey. Knowing when to steam and when to let my body rest helped me feel confident that I was using it correctly. Instead of feeling helpless or like everything was out of my hands, I finally felt empowered and back in the driver’s seat of my fertility journey.

Releasing a Past Relationship
My reason for yoni steaming may have been different. I wanted to release my ex-partner from my womb after having my heart broken. I needed a gentle way to reclaim my energy and let go of the relationship in a healthy way. The ritual was deeply healing and exactly what my soul needed.
— Gail 69, Womb Care Customer
Hi, I'm Candice.
For more than 20 years, I have supported women through therapeutic bodywork, fertility preparation, pregnancy, postpartum recovery and holistic womb-care practices.
I created Womb Care because women deserve more than a bag of herbs and a set of vague instructions. They deserve to understand how to work with their bodies, when to steam, when to rest and how to create a ritual that honors the season they are moving through.
This blend brings together the physical, emotional and spiritual layers of womb care that have shaped my work with women for more than two decades.
My hope is that each steam becomes an opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and create space for yourself in a world that rarely encourages women to pause.
With love,

Each 4-ounce bag contains enough herbs for eight at-home steam rituals.
Your purchase also includes lifetime access to the Womb Care Resource Hub, where you will find step-by-step preparation instructions, safety guidance, a complimentary sound bath and seasonal rituals to accompany your practice.
-
The best time to steam depends on your body, your menstrual cycle and what you hope to support through your practice.
A woman preparing for conception will follow a different timeline than someone steaming for menstrual comfort, postpartum healing, perimenopause or emotional release.
As an essential rule, do not steam:
While actively bleeding
During pregnancy or when pregnancy is possible
During the two-week wait while trying to conceive
During an active UTI, vaginal infection or herpes outbreak
With unexplained bleeding, open sores or significant irritation
If you are actively trying to conceive, steaming is generally limited to the time after your period ends and before ovulation.
For more personalized guidance, the Yoni Steaming eBook includes 13 detailed protocols covering:
Menstrual comfort
Preparing for conception
Actively trying to conceive
Pregnancy-loss recovery
Postpartum healing
Returning to steaming after a UTI or infection has resolved
Perimenopause and menopause
Emotional release and womb-healing rituals
You will learn when to steam, when to pause and how to adapt your practice to your cycle and current season of womanhood.
-
Most Womb Care rituals last approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on your sensitivity, stage of life and reason for steaming.
The steam should always feel comfortably warm—never intensely hot. Allow the water to cool before sitting down, and stop immediately if you experience burning, dizziness, irritation or discomfort.
Women with an IUD or increased sensitivity may need a shorter, gentler steam. More detailed timing guidance is available inside the Womb Care Resource Hub.
-
Every woman responds differently. Some women describe feeling relaxed, emotionally lighter or more connected to their womb immediately after steaming.
Others notice changes around their next menstrual cycle, such as a different flow, less tension or greater awareness of what their body needs. You may also notice emotional memories or feelings rising to the surface as you slow down and create space for yourself.
These experiences vary, and Womb Care does not guarantee a particular physical, menstrual or reproductive outcome. Your Companion Journal can help you track what you notice over time.
-
Do not steam during pregnancy, active menstrual bleeding, the two-week wait, an active UTI or vaginal infection, a herpes outbreak, unexplained bleeding, open sores or significant irritation.
If you recently experienced pregnancy loss, childbirth, pelvic surgery or another reproductive procedure, wait until bleeding has stopped and you have received appropriate medical clearance before steaming.
Every woman’s circumstances are different. When in doubt, pause your practice and speak with a qualified healthcare professional.
